CANCELLATION POLICY
Some of your selected services may not be rendered if you are 15 minutes or more late. Your original service rate still applies if you choose to request another service that is less than original rate. Please provide a 24-hour notice if you’re unable to make your appointment or cancel the same day. The card on file will be billed 90% of the selected service (non-transferable). If there is an issue processing payment, the amount will be added to your rescheduled appointment. Online booking may be disabled for future services until account is current.
